Hygiene & Safety Regulations
Due to health, sanitary, and UK/EU consumer protection regulations regarding e-cigarettes and nicotine inhalers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any disposable vape, pod, or e-liquid where the outer protective packaging or security seal has been unsealed, opened, or tampered with.
Defective on Arrival (DOA) & Transit Damage
If your package arrives damaged in transit or a device is found to be defective on arrival, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number, device batch code, and a brief video or photo demonstrating the defect. We will promptly dispatch an express replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days directly to your original payment method.
